Kindergarten
Ages 3-5A warm welcome to Wellspring Academy Kindergarten!
At Wellspring Academy, we place God’s word at the heart of all teaching and learning. We believe that we must prepare our children so that they “may be thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3: 16-17). In this way, our mission is to educate and equip students to become highly skilled, Godly leaders, and agents of community transformation.
We look forward to serving your family in the years to come!
Each student in kindergarten is like a bright little light, full of love and wonder. I see their pure hearts and beautiful spirits, ready to grow and shine in the world. Their smiles and laughter are like tiny blessings that fill the room with joy and peace.
By the time they leave kindergarten…
we want each child to carry a heart full of love for Jesus, a gentle spirit that cares deeply for others, and the strength to work hard and never give up. I pray they leave knowing they are special, deeply loved, and created to bring light to the world.
- Love Jesus with all their heart
- Be kind and caring to everyone
- Work hard and never stop trying
- Believe they can change the world with love and faith

What are the safety and security measures?
The safety and well-being of our children is our highest priority, cared for with love and responsibility.
- We have a trained nurse on-site to handle any health concerns with gentle care.
- Most of our staff are trained in first aid and emergency response.
- The school is a fully secured area, with limited entry and clear boundaries to ensure children stay safe.
- Two professional security guards are always present at the gate to monitor and protect the premises.
Every child is watched over with love, care, and strong protection—just as Jesus watches over us.
How does the Primary support children with special needs?
It’s unfortunate that Wellspring Academy is not currently equipped for special needs students.
How does the staff handle discipline and class management?
Our approach to discipline and class management is rooted in love, respect, and the teachings of Jesus. We guide children gently, helping them understand right from wrong through kind words and patient correction. Positive behavior is encouraged through praise, prayer, and loving reminders. When challenges arise, we speak to the child privately, helping them reflect on their actions and make better choices. After a gentle private talk with the child, we lovingly involve the parents to walk this journey together. Our classrooms are calm, joyful, and structured, where children feel safe, respected, and responsible. Above all, we lead with love—teaching with grace, not fear, just as Jesus teaches us.
What extracurricular activities are offered?
We offer a rich variety of extracurricular activities that help children grow in creativity, confidence, and teamwork—while celebrating their talents and culture, all in the light of Jesus’ joy.
Our extracurricular activities include:
- Art and Craft – To express imagination and faith through colors and creativity
- Amaraba Cultural Dances – Honoring our beautiful heritage through joyful movement and rhythm
- Soccer – Building teamwork, discipline, and healthy bodies through fun and active play
Acrobatics – Encouraging strength, balance, and confidence in a safe and playful way
