Wellspring Academy Hosts International College Fair

Wellspring Academy, in partnership with Uniserve, hosted an international college fair on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, providing Grade 11 and Grade 12 students with an opportunity to explore higher education pathways and connect directly with representatives from universities and colleges in Canada and the United States.

The fair brought together 14 higher education institutions, offering students valuable insights into a wide range of academic programmes, admission requirements, scholarship opportunities and the application process. Through direct conversations with university representatives, students had the opportunity to ask questions, learn about different areas of study and gain a better understanding of the opportunities available to them beyond secondary education.

The participating institutions included: Douglas College, Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Simon Fraser University, Alexander College, Keyano College, Columbia College, Saint Francis Xavier University, University of Northern British Columbia, University of Ottawa, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Trent University, Laurentian University, University of Windsor and Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences

For Grade 11 and Grade 12 students, the fair was an important opportunity to begin or strengthen their university planning. Engaging with representatives from different institutions allowed them to explore programmes aligned with their interests, understand the expectations of international universities and consider the academic pathways that could shape their future careers.
