Anim\u00e9e par le Dr Will Mugenzi, la formation a permis aux participants d&#039;appr\u00e9hender les principes et les approches cl\u00e9s de la r\u00e9solution des conflits et de la m\u00e9diation.<\/p>\n<p>Cette formation arrive \u00e0 point nomm\u00e9, au moment o\u00f9 l&#039;\u00e9cole entame une nouvelle ann\u00e9e scolaire, en fournissant au personnel des outils pratiques pour g\u00e9rer les d\u00e9saccords, communiquer efficacement, g\u00e9rer les situations difficiles et renforcer les relations au sein de la communaut\u00e9 scolaire.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_987520216\" style=\"width: 593px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-987520216\" class=\"wp-image-987520216\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wellspringacademy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/IMG_3481.JPG.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"583\" height=\"389\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-987520216\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em><strong>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des mises en situation pratiques, le personnel a appris \u00e0 g\u00e9rer et \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les conflits de mani\u00e8re constructive.<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de la r\u00e9solution des conflits lorsqu&#039;ils surviennent, la formation a soulign\u00e9 l&#039;importance de cr\u00e9er un environnement propice au respect, \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension, \u00e0 l&#039;empathie, \u00e0 la collaboration et \u00e0 une communication ouverte.
