The training was facilitated by Dr. Will Mugenzi, who guided staff through key principles and approaches to conflict resolution and mediation.<\/p>\n<p>The training comes at an important time as the school begins a new academic year, providing staff with practical tools to navigate disagreements, communicate effectively, manage challenging situations, and strengthen relationships within the school community.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_987520216\" style=\"width: 593px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-987520216\" class=\"wp-image-987520216\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wellspringacademy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/IMG_3481.JPG.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"583\" height=\"389\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-987520216\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em><strong>Through practical scenarios, staff learned how to navigate and resolve conflicts constructively<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Beyond resolving conflicts when they arise, the training emphasized the importance of creating an environment where respect, understanding, empathy, collaboration, and open communication can thrive.
